LawnSkapers is a locally owned home services company headquartered in the Upstate of South Carolina. We provide lawn care, pest control, junk removal, and general cleanup across Anderson, Piedmont, and Greenville, SC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or schedule service through our website or by phone, we collect the information you choose to share with us:
- Name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Phone number — so we can call or text you with quotes, scheduling, and service updates.
- Email address — so we can send quotes, invoices, and confirmations in writing when needed.
- Service address — so we can route a crew to the right property and price the job accurately.
- Details about the job — what you'd like done, lot size, photos you choose to share, and any other context you provide.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to provide service quotes, schedule and complete the work, communicate with you about your property, and follow up after a job is done. That's it. We do not send marketing email blasts, sell your information, or share it with third-party advertisers.
Who We Share Information With
We do not share, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties. The one exception is payment processing: if you pay us by card, your payment information is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe receives the information needed to process the transaction and is bound by its own privacy policy. LawnSkapers does not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or a government request, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LawnSkapers, our customers, or others.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the information you share with us. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer records is limited to the people on our team who need it to do their job.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use simple browser storage (localStorage and cookies) to remember things like the zip code you entered into our service-area checker, so you don't have to type it again. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information from our records, unless we're required to keep it for tax, legal, or accounting reasons.
- Stop contacting you by phone, text, or email.

Our services are intended for property owners and renters who can enter into a service agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
